Add Traditional Chinese

I use languages of English, Japanese and Traditional Chinese on daily basis. However I can’t use Traditional Chinese in your Action app. It is very inconvenient. Please fix this problem thank you !

Hi PJ, thanks for letting us know about this bug. We've just recently fixed this, so you should be able to create actions in Chinese in the next app update.
