Adding a webpage link in the notes area of a to-do or action should actionable. You should be able to click on the link. This should also work for phone numbers.

This in the latest version of Actions (v1.2.0). As you'll see in the screenshot attached, the notes field should now recognise links, email addresses, flight numbers, phone numbers, addresses and even certain parcel tracking codes. 🙌

So when you type in say a restaurant name to make a booking it searches for said restaurant and makes suggestions for numbers and extra details to auto fill same for contacts.
