I’ve created an automated workflow that takes actions from an Excel project register and uses Apple Shortcuts to create them in the appropriate Bonobo Actions Lists, including their titles, deadlines and notes.

The missing step is the ability to allocate an existing Action to a specific block of working time. I’d like to select an Action, choose a date, start time and duration, and have it appear as a time block in Timepage—while remaining linked to the original Action.

Ideally, rescheduling the block would update the Action’s schedule, and completing the Action would update or remove the corresponding Timepage block. Support through Apple Shortcuts would also make it possible to include time allocation in automated workflows.

This would provide a natural progression from capturing an action, to deciding when it is due, to reserving the time required to complete it.
