Seems that Actions for Mac have a setting for automatically rolling over uncompleted actions, but the setting cannot be changed. I've created enough actions that if I miss a day or two of marking them completed, I've got a ton of actions to deal with the following day, including a bunch that conflict. Quite messy, and it can take a bit of time to figure out which ones on repeat have passed their due dates and will reappear the following week, and which ones are actually still active. It would be nice if we could set individual actions to NOT roll over when not marked as completed but still reappear on the repeat day. Or just allow for a "Never" option for Actions for Mac.
e.g., I have a Dyson robot vacuum set to vacuum a different room each day of the week. I've created an action for each day so that I get a reminder of which room 15 minutes before the task begins...gives me time to prepare the room. But if I'm very busy and I don't mark the task as done, it rolls over to the next day. Now I've go TWO rooms scheduled according to Actions (but only one according to Dyson). Add a third or fourth missed day, and chaos ensues. Help?
