Alex Guglielmino: What’s the status of more recent requests, such as the ability to move tasks into free blocks of time, see them in calendar view at their ideal time, and still be able to check them off and keep them as part of “Actions” lists?
Alex Guglielmino
cgh: The original request for better integration was made almost three years ago, before Actions could be managed from the day view in Timepage.
The features you've listed are a separate request. We're aware of how many requests there are for a redesign of the UI and the way actions and events are viewed and managed, and these features are actually part of that redesign of the timepage day view that we're currently working on.

Alex Guglielmino: What’s changed that led to closure. I can’t seem that the functionality improved at all. The UI has been and remains fabulous. Functionality ... not so much

Let’s be honest, these apps should be merged into one. One subscription, this would be better for the customer rather than double charging for the same features.

At this point, GCal is now allowing tasks to be integrated on mobile, but they don't sync to 3rd parties. I just want calendar events I can mark as done (ie, Actions with a Goal Time) and I really wish this could be my daily driver, but it's not there. I like the widget and UI, but I also like time blocking for tasks and I need an app that supports this

Truly a MUST HAVE. Everybody wants a more beautiful UI, but nobody wants a messy workflow. Integrate with iOS Reminders like most other calendar apps.

It’s been said elsewhere but I will say it here. Converting to a Timepage event from action and vice versa should happen at any time.

Is there a way I can see reminders on Timepage? Or does it have to be a separate app?

It seems essential that we can change an action to a Timepage event after the action has been completed. I understand it can be done at the initial step when the event is created in actions - but there is a lack of a way to do so AFTER an action is created and added to a list or scheduled on a specific day.
For instance: on Sunday I like to brainstorm important calls I need to make in the upcoming week in list form with exact date/time. Each morning, I like to choose from that list and a lot a specific time on a specific day to take that action.
I’d like to be able to change that to an event at that stage. It feels strange to not be able to access the send to Timepage button after an action has been created.
