Hi. Actions already has a search feature. You can access this from the main menu. If you're using an iPad with an external keyboard, you can also press Cmd+F.

Your actions are also indexed in the main iOS search index, so they should also appear in the results of a general iOS search. Tapping an action there will open it in the app.
