Show year on "Choose date" calendar

Needs to be the year displayed on the month calendar where you choose the date for a future action. Come on this is as basic as you can get. Why isn’t it there already!

The year appears for any months that are not in "this" year. If the year's not visible, then it is this year.

If I have an action for the next year or later , it would be good to see not only the month and the day but also the year in the date.
