Apple Pencil Double Tap Indicator

When I use my Apple Pencil 2 with the app and don’t have the hud visible, there’s no way for me to get confirmation that my double tap has switched it to the previous tool. Adding a little animation or indicator that appears briefly when I switch back and forth between tools by double tap would reduce a lot of confusion.

when flipping between pens in full screen it would be nice for something to pop up and tell you what you are using.

I really like to work in a clean and minimal full screen mode. Unfortunately, Flow constantly forces me to revert back to the regular view.
• When I set the Apple Pencil double-tap to „show tool editor panel“, this won‘t work in full-screen mode.
• When I set my finger to „use the lasso“ tool, the Apple Pencil will switch to lasso mode, too. So I have to leave full screen mode to revert back to my pen.
• When I set the Apple Pencil double-tap to „change the tool“ I won‘t notice the change in Full-Screen-Mode. I would suggest, that the chosen tool would appear ever so briefly to avoid unintended changes.

Thanks for the comments, great points! I'm going to merge this into "Apple Pencil Double Tap Indicator" but will keep the other points in mind too :)

I agree with Knallgrau comments.

Having the new tool slide on and off of the screen quickly could be a good indicator of this! (Briefly, and without getting in the way of drawing)
