Export all file in pdf

Hi all,
Thanks for your requests and comments!
The good news is that this is something that you can achieve really easily using Apple's Shortcuts app. Here's a Shortcut that I created for you. Just follow the link and import the Shortcut.
You'll then be able to choose "Images to PDF" from the Share sheet in Flow. It will create a PDF with one page per page of your Flow document, and then allow you to choose what to do with that PDF.
- Click link below, and import the Shortcut.
- Open Flow document and choose "Export".
- Choose "Everything" to export all of the pages of your Flow document.
- Scroll down in the share sheet and select "Images to PDF".
- Another share sheet will appear, this is so you can choose what to do with the new PDF.

I hope this helps. Please let us know how you get on.

Check this out in the latest update. You can now export your whole document as a single PDF file with multiple pages, a single seamless PNG file or a set of PNGs.

This is a must feature. It seems the designers of this software have not been using the app themselves. What’s the point of splitting into several pdf’s? It’s quite difficult keeping the notes within the “pages”, and if you only want a smaller part to be exported, you could only select the parts you wish to export.

In case it helps anybody, here's another one that combines the Flow pages (or any other set of images) into a single image. Please note that these combined images can get very large, and this Shortcut will struggle if you're trying to combine/stitch lots of pages!
I've not tested the range of sizes exhaustively, but as a guide, 8 pages works fine (and in my test comes to ~30MB), whereas 34 pages fails to combine! In the latter case, the Shortcut just fails and you get an error.

Simon Burbidge: This really is just perfect, and while it would be nice to see it built into Flow, it does the job just fine. Would have thought you 'd have seen more love for this :D

Mat Stillo: Thanks Mat. I'm really glad this helps.
Shortcuts is really powerful for things like this, and much more flexible than any in-built system in Flow could be.
That's not to say that we wouldn't add a solution to Flow too of course.

Definitely would be a great addition to the existing export options.

I agree, export to PDF would be much more useful for me. I am not a designer, but I take a hell of a lot of notes which I then share with other people via email. At the moment I use Microsoft OneNote, but I prefer the interface and the pen customisability in Moleskine Flow.

I vote for it too, it will be more productive than export to image and then print images to PDF
