Folder Structure for Collections

Have you thought about designing the folder structure a little more complex, like Apple Notes app's left sidebar on MacOS?
I'm using the Johnny.decimal method for my personal and work folder structure. I have 100+ folders. For example '31.06 incoming invoices'. I have the same folder structure for OneDrive for work files, iCloud Drive for personal files, MindNode for mindmaps and also Flow for sketches, notes, etc.
It would be super useful if I can add like subfolders (‘subCollections’) and have the option to open and close them. This way I can close work folder and open my personal for example.

Notebooks etc

I would love a more visible and easier to organize method of notebooks. I really like the way GoodNotes does it. You can choose the cover and interior pages of the notebook and change the type of paper within the notebook as needed. (So each page can have a different format; lined, grid, dots, etc.)

Organize drawings easily

It would be nice to have an easier way to organize the drawings. Like e.g. moving it from one “folder” to another”. I use project names for my folders but my kids have their own folder so this could get messy sometimes…
Also, when using many drawings, the overview can get lost. So a simpler or more customisable way to show your drawing stack would be nice!

The ability to truly create multiples subfolders organisation, for now, this is one of the two main points preventing me to use Flow as a Notes App
[The other being : not having the possibility to Add Text, the ability to use the Keyboard to take note]
I’m a Folders freak, I hate not finding my documents, images, notes, and having them at random places; I need them to be neatly organise.
I use the subfolders for a very clean organisation, for Personal, Official, Work, for organising different Projects with different Subjects, and please do not put a limit for subfolder creation 🥺
I know there is a similar request but the title of the other doesn’t make you understand the request without opening it.

+1 on this; I like to have an Archive for older folders, and also to organise by life area etc

Hi, I was going to ask for the same thing, it would be great to have such a way to classify notes. The absence of this functionality prevents us from using flow for complex matters.

+1 I would also love this. Something about the current organization just doesn’t click intuitively and I think it is just simply having folders
