In page type section, enable adding of page numbers in bottom or top corner — would be helpful for turning Flow into digital Bullet Journal app and then exporting for archiving elsewhere

It includes page numbers, you can turn them on from the Document Setup screen (tap the book icon in the top middle bar).  You can customise their position on the page too.  There are a heap of new features, here are the full details:
