Combine Timepage + Actions
I'm struggling to see why these are two separate apps. I think productivity could be multiplied by these two apps being smartly combined into one. Retain visibility of Actions on calendar, Ferrer steps to creating an action, include actions into calendar events (prepare slide deck for presentation, bring projector, etc.)
I love both Timepage and Actions, but I am really missing a visual representation of my time as time blocks proportional to amount of time scheduled. This would help identify overlap and visually see where we have open space in our schedules. It would be great if we could take tasks from actions and then assign them as time blocks on our calendar. If we could assign events to categories, ideally that correspond with those in Actions it would be a great way to sort or tally time on a project.
Notes on Day
It would really be nice to be able to add notes to a particular day that are visable on the timeline page and aren’t connected to an event, but just a note on its own. Like others have said, it’s easy to miss that you had notes on “whatever” day because it’s hidden on a certain event. Most of the time, I don’t really want a note pinned to a particular event or specific time during the day, anyways. Otherwise, I really like the app!
Show all calendar events in the past
Currently I can only see my events until one year ago. In some cases it is really important for me to inspect events more than a year ago. also weather and your important event feature for this would be interessting.
Calendars as labels
Hey guys, your app is brilliant! One request that would make it even better please… I’d love to be able to assign one event to more than one calendar. Eg, if I’m training for a triathlon, I have my triathlon training calendar, but within that, I have separate calendars for my running, swimming, cycling and gym workout routines/schedule sessions. I’d love to assign a gym training session to my gym workout calendar as well as my triathlon training calendar.
Sync with Apple Reminders tasks
I use both events and tasks, so I need to be able to see any tasks that are due on a specific day in my calendar. If Timepage could sync with Apple Reminders and show them on the dates they are due (past due tasks would show today) then I would definitely pay for a subscription.
Option to show past or all events of the day on widget
I’d prefer to see my past events of the day on my widget instead of it disappearing completely when it passes.
I’d love to still be able to see the time while the app is open! Or at least have the little clock widget or countdown timer available on the main Timepage.
