Simon Burbidge: Only problem with this is "non-technical" users who have Timepage connected to a Microsoft Exchange Calendar will enter URL's and find nothing in Exchange - and neither will anyone they invite to the meeting who uses Microsoft!
I'm having to store URL's in the Notes field (which works fine).

Select Chauffeurs: Thanks for the message, that's very interesting. We're just providing access to the built-in URL field that Apple uses. Apple's iOS Calendar app also allows setting the URL field of an event contained in an Exchange calendar, so it is strange that they allow that, but then don't map it to a similar field in an Exchange event, or alternatively just hide the field for Exchange calendars.
I suppose that we could just hide the URL field when the event belongs to an Exchange calendar, until Microsoft adds a URL field to their events.

Simon Burbidge: I’d be tempted to leave it visible at all times but perhaps put a warning next to the field label ?
Reason: I use Apple calendar for my personal diary and Exchange for business. If I were to create an entry on my home calendar (Apple) which contained a URL and subsequently moved it into my business calendar (Exchange), I’d lose the data in the URL field.

I honestly don't understand how this has not been added yet. It is such a huge deal breaker for me to not be able to open up URLs in Timepage! For university I save all of my lectures in my calendar and I need to be able to save the URLs to the lectures' homepages since I visit them on a regular basis through the calendar. And that's what I mainly use a calendar for, just to manage my university schedules. And the ONLY way to do this right now is to use another app, just because the URL feature still has not been implemented yet! Sounds stupid but this really is such a huge deal breaker for me!

YES, this is NECESSARY! I have a calendar feed from my client management software that is read-only; I frequently use the URL in that feed’s events to jump straight to a client’s job. It’s a huge hassle to not be able to do this, when every other calendar I’ve used works fine. Please implement this ASAP!

Agree with everyone here. If I need to switch between Timpage and my Apple Calender to view my URL's then what's the point Timepage? I can't justify a subscription If I still need to refer back to my Apple Calendar.

Yes please - I use URLs all the time and don’t understand why this basic function isn’t already included. I, too, don’t see why we have to switch back and forth between Timepage and Calendar/iCal just to be able to open a URL. And, realize it’s a different app, but I also need this functionality in “Actions” app in order for me to subscribe to that app too. Thanks!

+ 1 vote for this. I’ve requested this feature because I am using agenda on ios right now that has notes linked to calendar. Fantastical on ios does not have this option so Im willing to subscribe on Timepage if this would be implemented

I agree with you. A URL field would be really nice. Switching back and forth just to see a URL is pointless. This should be an easy addition.
