Appointment Timezone Support

Hi all. This feature was released today in the iOS14 update. You can now tap the globe (🌐) icon in the toolbar when editing the time of an event. This will allow you to choose a time zone for the event.
When viewing the events in the timeline (or day, month screens etc), they'll always appear in your own current time zone, but you can now also see the time in the event's time zone when viewing the event detail screen.
We're hoping to elaborate on this feature in future, but this should be a big improvement for all of you who have events in multiple time zones.

Event timezone support is out today! Update to the latest Timepage version to check it out. To choose a timezone, edit an event and tap the globe icon. Also in this latest version: new iOS 14 widgets and event duplication. We hope you enjoy these updates, let us know what you think.

Ben Hamey: Fantastic news! Thanks for implementing this feature. It works really well and I am now even more certain I will never need another calendar app again!

It will be great to add entries based on particular time zone and not override them based on the location. Recently I was travelling from NYC to Zurich and then to Mumbai. My whole calendar got messed up and it was absolute pain. Listing times in diff zones when adding a particular entry will be nice feature to have in Timepage.

Time zone toggle / lock
Managing time zones is tricky.
And for someone who travels across the county weekly, it’s critical. So I’d love a way, upon entering a new event, to surface time zone controls in order to “lock” the time zone in. The app adjusts fine when pulling from iCal or Google cal in a ready only mode. But the ability to author here with this added control would be wonderful.
Use case: If I’m physically standing in NYC but booking a lunch in Palo Alto for next week, I have to cheat it to make then event appear correctly when I’m in geography. All I know is that my lunch is from 12-130 in Palo Alto (pst)...the app can do the rest.

Time zones for events

I can’t seem to find documentation on this. It looks like there’s no way to schedule an event in a different time zone at the moment. To do so, I have to get back to the Apple Calendar app and make the modification there.
Please let me know if I’m wrong, and if not, this would be a very useful feature.
Thank you very much for your great work !

Yes! This is one thing that the Apple calendar app does do well. Is there an update as to when this might happen?

Dear developers. You have a great app. However - is impossible to plan the international flights through it. Each flight can have one time to start and one time to end in another timezone! I live in St. Petersburg and nearby is -1/-2 hours european timezone. In some cases the time is different even in Europe e.g. between Helsinki and Amsterdam. Please be pleasant to add at least the simple event timezone support. Next time you also can collect the flight information/status using flight number and the date - it could be a killer feature! Thank you for reading this.

Wow! In progress! Only took what? 2+ years? I guess subscription really works wonders and allows developers to feel safe and REALLY take their time implementing basic features.
