The widget shouldn’t show events that have already happened. Fantastical 2 has a great widget, I like how it tells you how long until your next calendar event. I believe you guys could make a great looking one.

Also in the evening when all events of the day have passed, a summary of the following day would be a useful addition. Just a small line saying where and when the day will start.

Toni Burggraf: maybe that’s more of a tomorrow widget, or an overview widget rather than a today widget, at least in my opinion.

Dhruve Shah: In my opinion there is no value in telling me what I did in the past, especially not in the evening time when there are no more events for that specific day. - Then it would be nice to get a short glimpse into the future.

But other people, other needs ;-)

Agreed. I don’t really need to see events that I had earlier today in the widget. It sort of defeats the purpose of being able to quickly view events in the widgets screen
