Ik keep going back to the apple Calendar app for a single feature: the weekly overview, where I see the time lines and blocked times in comparison with other days. It is very easy to grasp available time slots this way. This is especially helpful the more planned events you have as it is way quicker as reading and interpreting daily lists in succession and comparison.

You can see your whole week at a glance in either a grid or time block layout, drag to create events, swipe between weeks, and there's a matching Week Widget for your home screen. It arrived alongside a refreshed Day View, Month View on iPhone, and smarter event entry.

In week view, allow events to be dragged to a different day

Currently, to change an event from Monday to Tuesday on week view takes 4 taps to bring up the reschedule screen, then 1 tap for the new date, and another 3 to return to week view. Very slow process.
Allowing events on the week view to be dragged from one day to another would be amazing!

I do not like when the week view doesn't start with Monday. I don't mean the starting day of the week in the month view but just the week view with its 7 days. It would be fine if there was a possibility to scroll the days not only fluently like now but also in 7-days-jumps, so the Monday is always on top.

I am very surprised this hasn’t been implemented yet. I despise 'list' viewing calendar items, and can’t understand why there isn’t a simple, week overview that shows the day of the week from left to right, and the corresponding schedule below each day, like every other calendar app since the dinosaur age of computers. This omission alone is reason enough for me to cancel my subscription.

Any advances in this? It would be crucial to have a very simple/ direct way to show/ hide (and show again) actions in calendar. Days clutters and it’s impossible to organize. And if hiding actions, there is no easy way to jump from the calendar app to actions (so, only events can be seen). I love this app, but to me m, this is such a problem I’m thinking about quitting. Please help!
